Spartak Saint-Petersburg signed Maxim Tkachenko. 21-year old point-guard came from Lokomotiv-Kuban where he grew up. Last season playmaker spent on loan at BC Ural (Ekaterinburg) where he played 30 games, made 6,0 points, 2,2 assists and 2,5 rebounds in 21 minutes.
