The forward of “Zenit” Sergei Karasev because of injury will not be able to help the Russian team at Eurobasket in Turkey.
Shortly before the start of the first camp of the national team, Karasev injured his shoulder. Sergei had a medicak examination in Finland, after which he was operated.
Karasev will have a recovery period under the supervision of the medical staff of “Zenit”. Injury will not allow him to join the Russian national team during preparation for the Eurobasket-2017 and at the tournament.
