“Khimki” on the road beat a direct competitor in the VTB United League – “Lokomotiv-Kuban”. Breaking the unsuccessful start of the match, the yellow-blues managed to win in the end – 89-84.
The hosts won the first quarter – 28:17, but in the second ten minutes “Khimki” changed. The third segment of the meeting was held in an equal fight.
In the final quarter, “Lokomotiv” could shake and go forward during a couple of minutes. Rowland and Shved returned to the game. Teams alternately went into the leaders of the match. Even a minute and a half before the end of the game, guests lost 5 points, but could come forward, stay cool and win.
