21 points of Smith helped UNICS beat Cedevita in the Eurocup

UNICS Kazan outplayed Cedevita on the home court in the second round of the regular Eurocup championship. Kazan didn’t start the match in the best way, losing by three points in the first quarter. However, already in the second quarter they managed to find their rhythm of the game and to get ahead – by the big break the score was 38:35 in their favor.

After a long break, Cedevita managed to restore parity and, having made a break, to lead the score to the final game period with a difference of five points. The fourth quarter was decisive, in which UNICS allowed its opponents to score only 7 points against 25. The final score was 80:67.

Jamar Smith, who scored 21 points, was the most successful player in the match.
