In St. Petersburg, the 7th round of the Euroleague regular season, in which Zenit hosted Khimki, ended. The first ten minutes of the match were equal and productive – 28:28. In the second quarter Khimki made a breakthrough and took the lead – 52:43. After a long break, Zenit tried to reduce the gap, but failed to do so. In the final quarter, Khimki added again and won with a double-digit advantage – 87:73.
Devin Booker, who scored 20 points, was the most effective player in the winning line-up.
