The match of the third round of the Euroleague regular season, in which CSKA hosted Khimki, ended in Moscow. The Army team confidently started the match and after the first quarter they led the game with a difference of nine points – 29:20. By the big break, Itudis’s players were on a two-digit lead – 54:44.
In the second half, there were no fundamental changes in the game, after the third ten-minute, the current Euroleague champion was 16 points ahead of Khimki – 76:60. Only in the final period of the game was there an approximately equal fight on the court, which could no longer affect the outcome of the match. As a result, CSKA made a confident win – 99:86.
