UNICS from Kazan beat CSKA in the match of the regular season of the VTB United League.
The meeting began in equal fight. In the first quarter, the court owners were a little stronger. They were able to lead two points by the first break. However, the second game segment remained completely behind the Kazan team, they not only leveled the minimum backlog, but also managed to make a breakthrough that allowed them to lead the score 41:31 to a long break.
After the break, CSKA managed to get together and in the third ten-minute almost completely offset the backlog, reducing it to two points. The second half of the final segment was decisive – CSKA equalized the score, but after that UNICS abruptly added and made a breakthrough of 10 points, which brought them victory with a score of 83:73.
