22-year-old Ukrainian forward Artem Kovalev has signed a contract with Kiev-Basket.
Last season, the basketball player played for Khimik from Yuzhny.
Kovalev averaged 7.8 points in the 2019-2020 season and made 4.3 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 25 matches of the Ukrainian Super League.
Last year, Kovalev, in the student team of Ukraine, took second place at the Universiade, and was also called up to the senior national team. Artem spent six years in the Khimik club system.
